Gregory Frost '73 Named CEO and Chairman of the Board of Able Energy, Inc.

Alumnus Gregory D. Frost, ’73, General Counsel of Able Energy, Inc. was name to the additional positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board on October 13, 2005. Mr. Frost became General Counsel and a Director of the company in April 2005. From 1974 to the present, he has been a practicing attorney in New York and, since 1999, has been a partner in the law firm of Ferber Frost Chan & Essner LLP, which has in the past and continues to perform legal services for Able Energy, Inc.

Mr. Frost received a B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1970. In addition to his J.D. from New York Law School, he also has a LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from the New York University School of Law.

From 1975 through 1980, Mr. Frost was Assistant General Counsel at The Singer Company and RH Macy & Co. Mr. Frost then was a partner in the law firm of Bower & Gardner for approximately 12 years. Mr. Frost’s main areas of practice have been mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters.

Able Energy, Inc. is a holding company for five operating subsidiaries that are engaged in the retail distribution of, and provision of services relating to, home hearing oil, diesel fuel and kerosene. Able also provides complete HVAC installation and repair.
